please do yourself a favor, and avoid Straub Nissan at all costs. Unreal business practices. Within 60 days, the power steering pump has stopped working twice, (was unable to turn the steering wheel, almost causing me to be in an accident both times) the rack and pinion is failing, an exhaust leak, rear hub and ABS sensor has stopped working, the alternator rack, automatic door locks no longer work. Just to name a few of the problems I've experienced. I've had cars with twice the amount of miles and ten years older, and did not experience this amount of problems in under two months. They have avoided me for three weeks now, no return phone calls, every time I go in, everyone is on vacation. And those that have spoke with me,(receptionist, car salesman that sold it) are beyond rude and disrespectful. I have no idea how they even allowed this car to pass inspection, all of these problems are no coincidence. I would not recommend this place if they payed me.
The people here were to the model of how I expect dealership people to be. They were extremely helpful without being pushy in the least. They were genuinely interested in making sure they were helping me find a vehicle that fit my needs. I didn't end up buying a vehicle that day, but when the time comes, I won't hesitate to take my business here.
I bought my Juke from here and the service department, especially Kyle, is always considerate and they work around my busy schedule. Regular maintenance is top priority. I travel a lot and I can rely on. STRAUB to keep my car running. And the customer service is what keeps me recommending.
