Tow driver was prompt and provided excellent customer service. Vehicle was misdiagnosed, and a sensor was changed. Upon leaving with the vehicle we heard a noise indicative of the actual problem, and returned to the garage. The mechanic assured us that it was superficial and not related to our previous breakdown. Two hours later we were stranded on the side of the road out of state.
The driver towed my car home, 130 miles. We rode along with him. The service was professional and courteous!
Used them through AAA; my truck broke down and I thought it was tranny problem. Truck acted like it was in neutral all the time [auto tranny]. After tow truck left the driver called me to inform me he saw the actual problem, and he was correct. I changed destinations for the tow to a shop that had previously done a repair but improperly. Saved quite a bit of $$ due to the driver from Middle Creek. Thanks.
Our alternator died on the way home from vacation, and they towed us, got the replacement part from a local AutoZone, and installed it all in a couple of hours for a reasonable price. People were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have done better by me.
