Very impressed with your staff hotel was very clean. Food quality isnt the best in the mornings. Front desk was very helpful with helping me print some paper work. The new breakfast person is well mannered.
This is a beautiful hotel. Everything looks brand new. The decor is very, very nice and upscale. The bathroom is beautiful. Very clean with all the amenities. Our king room had a microwave and refrigerator along with a coffee pot. Also, a very good LG flat screen TV. We haven't tried the breakfast buffet yet but anticipate it will be good. Nice staff and I appreciated the lemon water at the front desk.
Stay was okay. The staff was very friendly and great, and the rooms were very clean and new. First thing was though the first room they gave us had someone still staying in it. The staff was good fixing it for us, upgraded our room but it could've been really bad if we walked in on someone that wasn't just watching TV. Ultimately the worst part was how thin the walls were. We could hear people talking in normal voices in the room next to us. And could hear kids running in the hall on the floor above us! I mean, I always expect some noise from the hall, but not normal conversation from next room. Overall, nice place, good breakfast but just wish there was some thicker walls...
The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Only bad thing is that they seemed to run out of a lot in regard to food and beverage. No bottled water was available. Was told by front desk they wouldn't habe anymore until Tuesday. No chocolate milk at the breakfast and no cinnamon waffle mix either.
Very nice! I needed some extra help and the staff went out of their way to help. Rooms cozy and I caught up on some much needed rest. Thank you, thank you, thank you to your staff!
