My family are here recently and they enjoyed their meal. However, do NOT bother eating here if you require a gluten free diet!! I should have known from the beginning when I received their gluten free menu- it was one of those menus I call a big "eff you" from corporate. The options were very limited and they can't even include basic sides like buttered corn, vegetables, green beans or mashed potatoes on the GF menu. Seriously??!! So it's basically one of those menus where you can just imagine the CEO sitting at a board room table telling his staff, "ok, they want a gf menu so bad??!! Here it is, m'er f'ers!!!". I've been eating at steak houses for 10yrs as a Celiac and this is the very first time I have ever had a bad meal. The steak had absolutely ZERO seasonings- no salt, pepper, nothing. It was awful. Oh, and it wasn't even cooked the right temp. The waitress was nice and offered to comp the meal (which a manager has to do, yet none came to speak with us, so that sure tells you a LOT about the management!). Anyway, with Another steakhouse a block away, my family certainly won't be going back to this one . Heck no!.
I've been to several Texas Roadhouse locations and all have been wonderful. Even though one of my party's steak was over done, they apologized and brought out a new one that was cooked to liking. Mine was cooked just right and was very tasty. I recommend any Texas Roadhouse. Our server, Trevon*, did an excellent job.
Horrible derive and food! I asked for my steak to be medium rare, they brought it and it was well done. I asked for a new one due to it being over cooked. When the waitress brought out the new one she had attitude with me and asked me to cut it in front of her. When I did the steak was cold in the middle and completely raw. The waitress had attitude and said "well do you want us to try again". I just asked if I could have it taken off my check, I paid, and left. Probably will not go back to this particular branch.
The food is great! I love the mash potatoes here and the grilled BBQ chicken. The service is great and staff is friendly. Music a little Loyd for me but I still give a 5 star.
Good food and service was great. The steak, however, was cooked just a little bit longer than what was ordered but it still had great flavor!
