Food is good for a "fast food" option. Friendly staff and clean location. Only problem is that orders sometime take a while. Pastries on point, like usual.
I was traveling through for work. Came into this Panera ordered my coffee and breakfast. Low and behold my debit card would not work. I actually showed the manager that I had plenty of money in the bank. I called the bank and they said my account was frozen and debit card deactivated because of suspicious activity. Turns out they tried to use my card in another country and my bank flagged it and put the Kabosh on it. Long story short the manager gave me my sandwich and coffee on the house. I was flabbergasted. Anyway I found this Panera to be FAR from unfriendly and uncaring and just had to say something.
Standard Panera food, but the service is extremely slow.
My friend and I meet here every other Saturday. Food is awesome and it is clean and comfortable
